Christmas is fast approaching. Your BSS family is here to help! This year we are offering a special take and bake Christmas meal for you and yours.
Herb Crusted Prime Rib - $165
Includes horseradish cream, au jus, buttermilk mashed yukons, gravy, oven roasted mushrooms, fried brussels sprouts with pomegranate molasses & spiced pepitas (Orders in by 1pm on Tuesday the 22nd; Pick up between 12-4 p.m. Thursday the 24th.)
Plus add on a featured wine pairing from our somms when ordering.

- Prime Rib - Large Holiday Platter - Feeds 5-8 People $275
Includes a Smoked Prime Rib (7-8lbs) with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream Sauce. Sides of Mac and Cheese, a pan of Corncake, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Sweet Potatoes and Dinner Rolls with a Mitten Raised Dessert.
- Brisket - Large Holiday Platter - Feeds 5-8 people $275
Includes a whole Brisket. Sides of Mac and Cheese, a pan of Corncake, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Sweet Potatoes and Dinner Rolls with a Mitten Raised Dessert.
- Small Holiday Platter - Feeds 2-4 People $165
Includes a small Prime Rib (3-4lbs) with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream Sauce. Sides of Mac and Cheese, a pan of Corncake, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Sweet Potatoes, Dinner Rolls, and a Mitten Raised Dessert.
All packages will come cold with reheating instructions that can be found on our website.
Pickup is available at BOTH Saddleback locations. Just go to our online ordering page and select the location you wish to order from. Under "Choose a menu" select "Holiday Specials". MAKE SURE to select the actual day you want to pick up. They are only available from December 23-25th.
