The Holiday Season is officially underway! There are lots of festive things to do with kids in Lansing this December. Here are our 5 Must Do's when it comes to celebrating the Holidays with your kiddos in Greater Lansing.
1. See the lights and animals at Potter Park Zoo's Wonderland of Lights:
It may look a little different this year but Potter Park still knows how to celebrate the holidays right! The whole zoo is set up to ensure appropriate social distancing and masks are required at all times. You must reserve your tickets in advance as they are limiting the amount of people they allow in. If you have't seen Potter Park lit up for the Holidays I highly suggest it!

2. Visit the tree Downtown:
Bundle the kids up, grab some hot cocoa and check out our magnificent tree at the Capitol. It's really spectacular.
3. Check out the Holiday Nights of Lights at Frances Park:
We are super excited for this new event. It's a drive-through light show that will be available every weekend in December. The best part? It's free!

4. Go to the Holiday Un-Parade at the Ingham County Fair Grounds:
Floats will be stationary on the midway and you can enjoy the lights from the comfort of your car! This sounds like a perfect socially distant activity to me! Grab some cozy blankets and festive snacks to make it a real treat for the kids.
5. Make sure you're checking the Macaroni Kid Calendar:
It's being constantly updated with holiday events, Santa sightings and fun programming and festive activities!
